It might be due to Unit of measurement corrupted or the sales work data. Please run check link for Sales work as well as Inventory UOM schedule setup. Please take a backup before doing this.

I figure out this issue. It was due to regional setting on local machine. Updated database and changed Regional setting worked for me.
