duplicate records in crm online

Hi

  Is there any way to prevent  duplicate insertion of records in CRM online.

I am using executemultiple  from my code (C#) and in CRM I have created duplicate detection rule the rule is also published and also in settings - data management -  I have checked duplicate detection settings

but both the things are not working.

Is duplicate detection is not supported by microsoft in CRM online?

    this is very old article and i came to know from the below link that Microsoft is not supporting this feature:

    I am using executemultiple   , Please advise accordingly

    Hi Vj9,

    Please use Keys in entity. It will prevent the duplicates from plugin as well.
