Hi,

When i tried to export released products from one legal entity and move to other entity - through DMF copy legal entity option below error throws

Cannot create a record in Items - tracking dimension groups (EcoResTrackingDimensionGroupItem). Item number: 100-000003, Batch-P.
The record already exists.

I have the same question (0)

    Hy,

as tarckingdimension is also a fields which comes with products V2 entity and products are also global, it can not be overwritten. I would remove these one from export and import.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Nadeem,

Like Andreas mentioned, you might export too much details as the table is a global table. Can you tell which entity or entities you used for the copy between legal entities?

    Hy,

as discussed before it is not possible to import all fields from released products V2 entity as it would change fields which are part of global products V2 entity.

    Hy Nadeem,

as mentioned above there can be multiple fields which can not be imported as these are exported.

Do you need CatchWeight Items? If not don't export and don't import

Best practice for data migration or setup new legal entity is to use only required fields, so clarify what released products fields are used and limit the export to this fields you really need.

    Hy Nadeen,
the Tracking dimenion group is as i experienced an mandatory field, even you do not want to track anything.
Just create an emtpy tracking dimenion group in the target legal entity withouit any configuration and use this name within the the import file.

    Hope this helps.

    Herzliche Grüße / kind regards,
