We need more information than just the error message. When are you getting this? Can you post a screenshot of the error? Is it happening on more than one machine?

    Hi Ridwan,

This error occurred by removing Dynamics GP from Add or remove features in Control Panel?

I guess, the Instance of the server name is not available during the un-installation of GP.

So you can take the backup of registry file, open registry file & need to remove Dynamics GP registry key lines.

Now you can delete the GP installation folder directly

If this is a 64-bit machine you can use this tool to remove it:

    support.microsoft.com/.../Program_Install_and_Uninstall

This tells me that there are still left over registry records that were damaged or not removed. Play around with the registry can be dangerous but you may have to manually search for GP. I would also uninstall the Dexterity Shared components from Add\Remove Programs as well.

If the issue remains you may need to look at opening a support case or contacting your partner.
