code signing certificate for Appsource

Dear All,

I would like to ask about my app to publishing in Microsoft appsource, anyone could you suggest that which certificate is useful to code signing as i tried digicert code signing certificate but got failure , I also I tried to sign the code with pfx format which i have purchases from Godaddy.

We are using DigiCert from last 4 years for AppSource app and no issues with it.

Are you sure that app is code signed properly using Digi Certificate?

Hi Thanks for your response.

Below is when try to sign the code with Digicert certificate. and getting this error.

Another certificate which i got from one my friends for testing and its working but this is purchased in others account that cannot be used in my App.

So suggest alternative way if any or guide me if you can.

Please check that you have acquired a digital certificate enabled for code signing and not only a simple digital certificate for web sites or similar.
