Dear All,
We have a customer that is an insurance broker.
They would like to use Dynamics 365 as a tool to keep track of their existing customer base and also the insurance contracts that are linked to this customer. (Such as contract startdate, enddate, insurance policy details, scanned documents related to contract).
They also would like to have an automatic warning when contracts are about to expire, so their sales staff can contact the customer.
Anyone knows if this is possible to do in Dynamics? And if so, which edition would support this?
