Here’s a summary of what’s new in the GA release of Gamification:
- A new UI designed specifically for Gamification - the user interface delivers a more engaging user experience and automatically adapts to various screen sizes and formats including mobile and tablet.
- Gamification is not just for sales anymore. Gamification is also integrated with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation.
- Many improvements to the administration capabilities will make it easier to enable the solution (AppSource), setup and re-use KPI’s, define user roles, and start same day games.
- With enhancements for TV streaming, organization can stream results to big screen TVs simply by entering the URL in any TV browser.
- Scalability and reliability have also undergone significant enhancements in order to handle enterprise needs. Concurrent user has increased from 250 to 7500 concurrent users (15 simultaneous games with up to 500 users). And with single sign-on, there’s no need to remember a separate username and password. Just click and login with your existing Dynamics 365 credentials and start playing. The activation process has also been simplified using core Azure services to validate accounts, reducing time to activate from hours to minutes.
