We recently changed our company name from 1eEurope to Allgeier and we would like to also change the organisation name in CRM. Does anybody know how?

Sign into https://portal.microsoftonline.com/
Admin Menu -> CRM
Select organization -> Edit Settings
Change the name/URL
Save

Please let us know if you are bale to change the ORG name following the above steps suggested by JLATTIMER? If yes, please mark this thread as answered.

Hi,
I'm trying to do the same, but i don't have access to portal.microsoftonline.com , when i login with my Hotmail account, which is the account I use to login to CRM online,
"That didn't work
We're sorry, but fadyhennawy@hotmail.com can't be found in the microsoft-my.sharepoint.com directory."
I Don't think I've ever accessed this site before, I've added it to IE trusted sites, still no luck ! any advice ?
