This happens to only 1 user. All other users can log into the company without issue from the same workstation. He is an administrative user. They do not use windows authentication to access the databases. The user is mapped exactly the same as those who have no issue when I check them in SQL. The user can also access GP without any issues.

I had this happening with one user, we use terminal server and although we have two terminal servers on the GP farm, you only use the one connection no matter where you are. The user was changing the connection when she logged in dependent on the TS she was on. Go look at the connection everyone else is using. Tools>>Connection and verify that this person is using the exact same connection.
