VBA code for chkevent to show NOTES for Customer in Sales Order Screen

 I am trying to use some vba to add code to the Sales Order Screen to pop up the Notes from a customer in Sale Order Entry if there are notes for that customer.
 
Do you know the code off hand that would pop up the notes on a customer if I add a chkevent in CustomerId  in the salesorder screen.
