customer list page i can't enable the ledger entries in dynamic 365 business central 24.2

Only Move button is enabled , show button is not able to enable .

Hi

I have tested it in a US 24.2 version and the button is enabled.

You probably need to delete some personalization.

Hi, I also tested it in W1 24.2 and it worked fine.
It seems that this action may be disabled by other customizations.

This is because it was hidden from where its displayed under the ellipsis (3 dots). Click on the ellipsis -> Related -> History -> Other -> Ledger Entries and unhide it from there. After that it will be visible under Customer -> Ledger Entries.

If that doesn't work you might have to do the same exact steps when customizing the profile you're using, rather than personalizing your own user.
