VAT is added again when creating Sales Invoices

Hi

We are experiencing that VAT is added when the Shopify integration creates the sales invoice. On the order synced from Shopify the total amount is correct, and "Prices includes tax" is checked. However, when the sales invoice is created the VAT is added again.

How can we solve this? :)

    Can you please verify if this documentation help you to understand what might be happen on your side?

    Additionally, to have VAT included into price, create Customer Price Group with enabled "Price incl VAT" toggle and proper value in the "VAT Bus. Posting Gr. (Price)".

    Hope it helps.

    Otherwise, can you please share your setups (Shop Card, Price list, Order created, ..), so I can try to verify on my side?

    Thanks for your elaborate reply.

    It seemed to do the trick after i updated the customer template on the main shop card.

    I will do some more testing to see how this solution handles sales for different countries :)
