Quick question. Is there a way to grab a raw data extract from Voice of the Customer survey responses so that the spreadsheet is in a format which groups the rows by survey response and have the questions as field columns above? An example of the format I would like it in is below:
At the moment I've been getting around this by pulling a report via the question response entity instead of the survey response entity but they are grouped by questions instead of survey responses and I have to pivot them in excel to get it into a format I like. The only problem I encounter is when I get a question type that is a multi-pick in that instance, it gives me an error when I run a pivot through power query. Is there an easier way of going about getting a raw data extract in that format or will I have to transform it outside of the CRM?
