New users added to a team are not given access to the existing Teams records, members are only granted access at the time when the team if added to the object?

 So if I add a new team member, the team that is already granted access to say a private queue, the new member will not be added to this even though they are now a member of that team, so currently we have to manually add them to all the private queues even though they are now members of that team? surely this defeats the purpose of teams? We are using owner teams.

    Adding new users to Teams does update or Sync with the existing teams added to queues, only the members of the teams are added to Queue Membership so the teams members are not synced with the latest members, you will have to re-add the Team to the Queue for it to include all the new Team Members. I have requested a feature revision to improve the Team Membership feature so we do not have to Add new Team Members to Queues after the team has been added.

    I have just confirmed that the New Team Members are not Automatically synced to their CRM records ie Queues... I have logged this with Microsoft and maybe they will review this issue...

    If any Team is Owner of private Queue with all its team members added in members’ grid of that Queue and suppose you modify the team to add any new member in that team then that newly added member will Not get added under Queue members, they are not synced. If you are adding any new member/s in the Team then you need to make sure that you manually add those member/s to all the private queues where this team is Owner.

    I think you need to share the queue for that user or team.
