End of support for the contact tracking feature in the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

I received this email in a client's tenant this morning. Unsurprisingly, I can't find any further documentation about the changes.

Any ideas what this is about and how it might affect Power Apps?

    Hi,
     
    I can only echo whats in the message. 
     
    As it says "...users can manually add contacts to D365 Sales", so it means it was possible with this app to sync Outlook contacts with D365 Sales contacts, or actually import them from outlook to D365 Sales.
     
    Here is the documentation with more details 
     
    If you havent used it anyways, it wont affect you. If you do use it, then it wont be available anymore for Outlook classic(!) only.
