Dynamic Excel Spreadsheets - can they be merged?

I understand how we can use a single Dynamic spreadsheet to update records, but can we merge more than one Dynamic Spreadsheet into one workbook to allow records to be dynamically updated?

I am thinking of a list of cases, account addresses with a separate financial table (from a third party system) perform some VBA and for each case processed to update the Case Status.

The Cases table would be two way, the account addresses one way (refreshed to live)

TIA

Paul

Very useful, but it make no mention of having two dynamic worksheets in one excel workbook? Guess it is something I will have to try

    Thanks again

    Hi Pmtate_AW

Another thought here would be to look at Flow to accomplish?  You should be able to update from Excel to Dynamics 365 with the data using the "get rows" and processing a for each on the records.

Just an example of a template:

    flow.microsoft.com/.../create-dynamics-365-leads-from-an-excel-table

Hope this helps in some way...

Hi, did you ever find a way to merge them? I have a user that wants to have a couple dynamic queries in one spreadsheet but not sure its possible

You can download a bunch of Excel Dynamic exports for the data sets in question, then if you have the downloaded Workbook and a new 'combined' Workbook open at the same time, you can 'copy sheet' to the combined workbook. The dynamic link queries are maintained.

Result is multiple sheets with different data queries dynamically linked to Dynamics 365
