Install Test-ToolKit Library into SaaS/Sandbox Environment

Hello All,
I need help in Test ToolKit in SaaS environment, Any one know that how can i install the test Tool Kit into Cloud / SaaS Business Central ?
Because i am not able to find any Test Toolkit extension in market place of Business Central. And where can i get those Library Assert and Tests-TestLibraries .app files in Sandbox?
 
I tried the /Test/ porperty in App.Json. It is no longer working as at today. It should use dependence way to do but I can't find the way to install the test tool kit into Sandbox environment. I am able to do it in NAVContainer but we would like to deploy into Sandbox environment for user testing.

    Some of the test apps are not available in SaaS Sandbox. As far as I know, there is no plan to make it available for now.
    You need to use a container for automated testing.
