Workflows not running

Hi

I am trying to run a workflow that will automate each email received to case then transferred to each associate in the accounts in crm online. The workflow will start but the problem is that it will not appear under system jobs if the workflow running is successful or in error.

Are there other commands that I need to include in my workflow?

    Hi ,

    You need to unchecked Workflow option "Automatically delete completed workflow jobs (to save disk space)" as given in screen shot to show in system jobs & identify error..

    Thank You for your prompt reply.

    have already un ticked the "Automatically delete completed workflow jobs (to save disk space)" but the result is the same the workflow is not running. Whenever I run my workflow it still doesn't appear under system Jobs so Im not sure if its already working or not.

    If Workflow not running then Please open your workflow.

    Goto Administration Tab> & change the owner to a valid User as in screen shot.

    Hi guys. The issue is already resolved. I already called Microsoft and they said that they need to reset their asynch settings on the back end. Its now up and running. Thank You for your advices guys.
