Leads disappearing in Active Saved Views?

Hi,  

Before I used to have over 300+ leads when I searched for leads in Active Saved Views, now i'm only getting like 10.  Does anyone now why this would be happening and where those leads are going?

    It could be a few things for this. They might be getting reassigned or even deactivated.

    Try clicking on the Advanced Find button while in the view you normally use to see the criteria behind the view.  It is possible that someone changed the criteria so that it no longer returns the results you expect.  If the criteria are still correct, then it is likely the records where changed in some way (owner, status, etc.) which prevents them from meeting the criteria now.

    Another cause could be a change to your security role.  If you are not an administrator, someone could have changed your security role which could prevent you from seeing all of the records you used to see.
