Hello every body,

My company want to deploy ms crm 2016 (new deployment) and want to make a integration between our erp system with crm, could you give me some advice and the approach for integrating of CRM? Please help me!

Hi Anish,

For integration, it depend on some questions, just answer by yourself

1. How is your system?

2. How many module will integrate real time or not?

3. How about your Network infrastructure?

About integration, you can use many technologies, you can use flat files, SSIS, or Biz-talk server, Webservice. And the mapping file or database mapping are most important. You also can use edi standard file for mapping.

Hello Anish,

ERP system should have Connectors for external interfaces, might be in the form of web service or other. You can build your custom wrapper(web service) on ERP connectors (adapter pattern) and consume it within CRM.

Hello Kumar,

I checked this connector, but our erp system cannot use it because it has been developed by our company, it specified for our requirement. We have to flat file and use SSIS.
