It's possible to add all contact/account and active in Azure B2B by entity for vendor collaboration portal ?
Or I must do this manually one by one ?
I have the same question (0)

When I want create connection vendor with vendor collaboration portal I must to:
    add contact on vendor:

    - add Provision vendor user:
    run the workflow in etc...

In sum add access for vendor to Vendor Collaboration Portal (VCP) in order to confirm purchase order, RFQ etc

Qeston is, if I have 1000 vendord to add access for VCP, can i do this using entity ?

Thanks for the clarification. So, you would need to import vendor collaboration users in bulk. There is only one data entity for Vendor collaboration user requests. All other tasks are manual. You can consider a customization for automation of the process, depending on the number of users to import.

    Hi,
From your description, if you want to add a lot of data, you can choose to use the data management framework for entity import. You can refer to this official documentation: Data import and export jobs overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. If you want to automate the process instead of manual imports, consider using batch jobs. For more details: Create a batch job - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. Or you can also use Power Automate.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
