As Sr. Business Relationship Manager (Sr. BRM) I am responsible for leading change initiatives within the Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Quality arena that improve processes and develop new capabilities to drive costs efficiencies, customer service improvements and support revenue protection or generation. Managed large global application implementation and development projects across ASIA, United Kingdom, EU, United States (ERP, eCommerce,) in cross-functional global teams. Created the project charter, project plan, risk management plan, status reports and ensured all planned deliverables are completed.
