Is anyone else having trouble with Information Source?

All day, I've continued to get the message shown below when trying to access Information Source..  My problems just started today, well after the little warning about Live Accounts experiencing issues.  And if Information source is down, does anyone know an alternate website for getting some of the tools?

  • Hi Brandon,

    There is a maintenance message on this site:

    "There is currently a login issue with LiveID accounts. If your account is currently associated with multiple business parties in Partnersource you will not be able to login and receive an error".

    So I guess they are aware and working on it. Please be patient.

  • The message (about problems with multiple associations) is there for several weeks, at least, so that shouldn't be related, unless Brandon's associations have changed recently.

    I currently can't connect to InformationSource, but I think it's an issue with my account's configuration; I'm not getting the error reported above.

  • Must be something on the backend side not working. The service is throwing 500 errors the frontend javascript is not able to handle.

    The page loads for minutes here, but eventually turns blank (white).

    There is a maintenance message on this site:

    So I guess they are aware and working on it. Please be patient.

  • This confirms it.  I think that they are down and have been down for the last 3 days..  Too bad, I really could use that security Add-in tool.  The sucky thing is that they have been down for days.  For now on, I'm going to make sure that I download the Add-ins and store them somewhere offline.  

    And my problems didn't start several weeks ago when they first came out with that message.  They started just this week as mentioned above.  

    I remember the days where you didn't have to worry about Microsoft Websites being down for several days at a time.  ***sigh***

    I hope that they make these downloads available on backup sites.
