I would like to be able to alphabetize a subject tree.  As our subject tree's continue to grow it is more and more difficult for the end user to find the correct subject for knowledge base or case management.

Hi Vicki,

I know this is an old post, but just in case you haven't upgraded already, the behavior you are looking for is the default behavior in CRM 2011.
