Sales Credit Memo not postingcheck the lines where Type = Item.
Press Line > related Information > Item tracking lines.check that the Lot No or Serial No. is provided and that the Expiration date is filled in.You have t provide which exact item Customer is returning, the same way You provide this information when selling item.
