With Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, organizations can:  

  1. Eliminate data silos and unify customer data
    • Connect and unify data with ease—bring in transactional, observational, and behavioral data from data sources by leveraging prebuilt connectors
    • Transform customer data intelligently  and build a unified customer profile conforming to the Common Data Model. Resolve customer identities with AI/ML-driven recommendations
  2. Enrich customer profiles with audience intelligence contained within the Microsoft Graph 
    • Build richer customer profiles by incorporating aggregated audience intelligence contained within the Microsoft Graph 
  3. Enable powerful AI and  insights
    • Leverage the data gravity around customer entity for AI/Insights/KPIs atop the single view of the customer
    • Accelerate the process through quick start AI/ML “templates” or custom ML algorithms using Azure ML
  4. Power business processes and personalize customer experiences 
    • Empower marketing, sales, and service professionals to drive personalized engagement across channels. Leverage out-of-the-box, contextual customer insights and tailored customer profile cards that are infused into the everyday business applications.   
    • Enable and extend line-of-business experiences: leverage our rich API’s and the Power Platform. This includes the ability to gain deeper customer insights with Power BI, build custom apps with Power Apps and trigger workflows based on customer actions and signals using Microsoft Flow.

Step 1: Sign up for the public preview of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

To enjoy a great preview experience, submit your information including your planned use cases for your organization. We will follow up with detailed on-boarding instructions.


Step 2: Start with a trial and create a new Dynamics 365 Customer Insights workspace

Take advantage of the pre-populated demo data to get started quickly and enjoy the full product experience. Take a guided tour and learn through this hands-on experience how Dynamics 365 Customer Insights can help your business.



When you are ready, bring in your own data and create your own personalized environment within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Click on “+ New environment” and set it up from there. 


Step 3: Explore the app

Learn how you can seamlessly load your data, unify and enrich customer profiles, create segments, define KPIs and take actions on the generated insights.
