I was able to install Dynamics 365 AI for Sales. I also imported 1500 sample leads (1000+ were disqualified and 200+ were qualified). I am now waiting for the model creation to be completed. Its been more than 2 days and it is still not completed. It is saying "Model creation will take some time...."
Anyone know how much time does Model creation take?
Is there some way of knowing if it is progressing or stuck??
Can I go into Azure or some place to see the progress in Model creation.
Or am I just suppose to wait and check every day??
I tested it in my environment and this problem has also appeared. I think this is a bug.
Last month, the process of creating a model in my AI for Sales would take about half an hour. The process went smoothly.
But today I re-created the model, it has taken nearly six hours, still in the state of "Model Retraining will take some time...".
So I think it is a bug at the moment.
I have raised a Microsoft support ticket to submit this bug. Support request ID is 119011019531639.
If there is any progress in this support ticket, I will post a reply here and inform you.
Hope this helps.
The Microsoft background engineer told me that this is a known bug.
The solution is as follows:
1. Open Advanced Find
2. Search for all records of entity "LeadModelConfig"
3. Delete the existing LeadModelConfig entity records.
4. Retry Model creation by navigating to Settings -> Sales AI -> Predictive Lead scoring
I tested successfully in my environment. It took about 30 minutes to complete the model creation.
This solution should solve your problem.
Have you tried this solution? Is it effective?
If this problem is still not resolved, please post here, I will contact Microsoft back-office engineers to solve your problem.
So if you see this reply, please reply to me as soon as possible. :)
Thanks Lu Hao.
