Hi,

when Email sender is existing contact/account, CRM resolves the name of customer and shows profile name in incoming email record. while the email is forwarded to external recipient, actual email addresses are not sent in forward email.

Is there any solution for this?  Thank you

RE: Missing email address for Resolved Recipients

    Hello,

I believe this is by design. When you type any email address the system will resolve the email address with existing contacts. And it always display the contact name and use the email address at the backend. SO when you are forwarding the email to any external users, the system will show the contact name only not the email address. Since at the front end the contact names are only visible.

    Thanks,

    Soumen
