I am trying to get the Out of the box Business card Scanner to work but when try to upload the image all I got is "No capacity available, please check with your administrator." And this is from multiple environments.. Have anybody tackled this issue?

2. In addition, since Business card Scanner is a new feature, some users have already reported several bugs about it.
If you don't have a good solution, I'd recommend you raise a Microsoft support ticket.

We are also getting the same error.
This is a known bug. It will be fixed at 10/26/2019.
Before that, if you need to use Business Card scanner normally, please enable a free trial for AI builder for the tenant which will be valid for 30 days.

Make sure you have the Common Data Service User role assigned.
Just enable AI and it solves the issue.
Just wondering when we are scanning the business card what kind of object detection logic it is using internally and do we have any option to customize that . For ex : In case of phone number not all the cards have Cell: Xxx-XXX-XXXX format some might have phone icon followed by number which in that case wont recognize the phone number. Please suggest.
I would recommend you post a new theme for this problem.
