I have downloaded the dynamics 365 remote assist in holoLens . The application never loads as it says "Signing in". I have checked multiple times, also tried uninstalling the application and again installing back, but of no use.
I am trying with the 90-day free trial version. I also have downloaded the Microsoft Teams application on the desktop as well. I am unable to launch the dynamics 365 remote assist application in HoloLens.

It's difficult to diagnose from the description, it sounds like this is an authentication issue. I will pm you for further details.
Access to logs would be very helpful for the product team. Perhaps the easiest way to do this would be to file your issue in Feedback Hub. Feedback Hub is built right into Windows 10.
From your HoloLens, select the Windows start button and then select Feedback Hub.
1. Select Add new feedback.
2. Then select Problem.
3. Type a somewhat descriptive title for your feedback in the Summarize your feedback section.
5. Next, provide steps you've taken and what you are encountering
6. To make sure your feedback gets to the right team, select Show category suggestions and choose the category that fits your feedback. "Apps I Remote Assist.
