I have created a custom "Commission" entity and one of the fields, "Amount", is a calculated field which uses a few different fields to calculate the total amount the commission is valid for. The math is simple and it's working fine in the main Dynamics 365 app, but when I load the related forms/view from within the "Sales Hub" app, they simply do not calculate.
Is there something I'm missing with the Sales Hub that maybe needs to be enabled to allow the calculated field to calculate?
I tested it in my environment and didn't encounter this problem.
Note that in Sales Hub you need to save first, then the calculated fields will work.
Also, try to clean up the browser cache to see if it works.

I've gone in with another browser in order to test the thought regarding browser cache, but there is no change in behavior.
Basically I've got a "Commission" Entity with the "Amount" field as a calculated field with this calculation: Set Amount to ((Commissions) Total Amount * (Split / 100) * ((Commission Territory) Commission / 100)
There is a condition of: if Commission (%) contains data
There was an additional condition, but I removed it while trying to figure out what might be preventing the calculation from firing on the Sales Hub.
It works perfectly every time in the "Dynamics 365 - Custom" app, but it's like when you are in the "Sales Hub" app it gets ignored.
Could you provide some screenshots of the properties of the field? Like this:
If I test the same steps in my environment and reproduce this problem, I will report it to Microsoft engineers as a bug.
