    @CU13011534-0 can you provide a link to one of the questions that you found that are locked?
     
    We do have some archived forums on the site that are very old and are locked (typically they will have "Archived" in the forum title). But most forums should be open for questions and replies.

    Its like most of the questions are alreay locked.And therefore cannot attract answers.
    Hitherto,that is not common on microsoft platforms.
    Any new reason?
