When I use a Word template (with merge fields) from a relationship for example, for a letter why is it not automatically linked to this relationship. Now I have to save it and then upload it again to this relationship. It should be possible to do that differently?
I am afraid not you have to download the word template and set up the relationships when you download the template, you then set up the mapping within Word and then upload, it's not easily possible to add a new relationship in dynamically.
You can, however (although not best practice) copy and paste from word templates you have used prior.
