I use outlook to send quotes. I track them in Dynamics, how do I know who I sent quotes to in Dynamics? Is there a field where i can see them all in one interface?
When do you consider a lead to be an account?
Do you add quotes as attachment in the email and send email to your customer in Outlook?
If so, after you track the email into Dynsmics 365, there will be an email record generated in D365, and the attachment is also in it.
If your contacts in Outlook have been synchronized in D365, then the To field of the email in D365 is a Contact record.
