I want to add FirstName LastName fields to quick campaign emails. However I can't see the AssistEdit icon which is meant to look like this </>
There's also no Update/Insert toolbar icon (or any toolbars) on the quick campaign email window.
What we see is this
Is there a way to add fields in to a quick campaign email so that we can easily insert the persons name, or name of their account etc?
Need to be customized. However, it has never been done.
