Users are unable to assign or update the due date ("Scheduled End Date") for responses in Customer Voice Surveys. Specifically, the due date defaults to 100 years from the survey creation date, despite setting a specific end date in the survey customization settings.

Reason:

The "Specific End Date" setting in Customer Voice under "Customization > Responses" does not synchronize with the "Scheduled End Date" field in Dataverse. The "Scheduled End Date" is automatically set to 100 years from the survey creation date, regardless of the "Specific End Date" configured in the survey customization settings.

Resolution:

To set or update the survey response due date (the period during which recipients can respond), follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Send section in Customer Voice.
  2. Select Customizations.
  3. Go to the Responses area.
  4. Under "Distribution Settings," locate the "Specific end date" option.
  5. Set the desired end date and time for survey responses.
