What’s happening?

The Power Apps portal is disabled and inaccessible, displaying an error message when attempting to access the site.

Reason:

The portal's authentication certificate has expired.

Resolution:

To resolve this, follow these steps to renew the website authentication key:

  1. Sign in to the website with a user assigned the Administrator web role.
  2. Navigate to the URL: <website_path>/_services/about. The authentication key expiration date will be displayed.
  3. Open the Power Platform admin center.
  4. In the Resources section, select Power Pages sites.
  5. Select the site for which you want to manage the website authentication key.
  6. On the site details page, select Website authentication key in the Security section.
  7. Select Update Key.
  8. Select Accept in the confirmation message. The update process will begin, and a confirmation message will be displayed.

After completing these steps, verify that the portal is accessible and functioning correctly.
