What’s happening?
The Power Apps portal is disabled and inaccessible, displaying an error message when attempting to access the site.
Reason:
The portal's authentication certificate has expired.
Resolution:
To resolve this, follow these steps to renew the website authentication key:
- Sign in to the website with a user assigned the Administrator web role.
- Navigate to the URL:
<website_path>/_services/about
. The authentication key expiration date will be displayed. - Open the Power Platform admin center.
- In the Resources section, select Power Pages sites.
- Select the site for which you want to manage the website authentication key.
- On the site details page, select Website authentication key in the Security section.
- Select Update Key.
- Select Accept in the confirmation message. The update process will begin, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
After completing these steps, verify that the portal is accessible and functioning correctly.
