I just finished to install the EP and Role Center. It worked fine.
But after I reset the Administrator password of user who is assigned to start the AOS service. When I start Dynamics AX, I got the error message after loading the Role Center: -
An error has occurred. Contact your administrator for further assistance
Refresh Role Center | Close Role Center
I try to re-install the EP using new password but it doesn't help.
Could anyone please help?
Did you check if your network connection work correctly? I got the same error when I lost my internet connection
I'm sure that the Internet connection is fine. It was happened after I reset the domain admin password.
Check your Administrator account was bonded with Share point Services (as a service account) .If then most probably one or more services related to share point services was stopped due to log on issue .
Please check whether your all sharepoint services are running or not and also please check your event logs.
Thank you for all replies. It's very old question.
The SharePoint still remember the old credential (old SID). The only one solution is to delete the EP site and re-create with new credential.
