please provide the solution while installing AX 2009
I don't think you get this error during installation, but the startup of AX. Can you check your license and also provide the steps you have taken to install AX 2009?

Yes you are true .this error not came when installing.After installation we have synchronize all Db and Data which is default but while open on second time this error came and it not allow to process inside to ax..
Is there any changes to be made in Db or check License file (License file seems to be same as of we installed last time)
If you know a language code that's licensed, you could enter it in your .axc startfile - start AX and then fix whatever's wrong with the license. F.ex. if en-gb was OK:

You can follow the procedure provided by Annette, or change the language in the table UserInfo directly using SQL management studio.
