Does anyone know how to fix spacing issues on AX? I had Microsoft Dynamics AX freeze on my computer. I got IT to help me close a couple windows that I was unable to close.
Now when I go into AX, it almost looks as if the line items in the tables displayed are "double-spaced." I don't know how else to phrase it. My navigation pane on the left is normal size (or maybe even smaller) but the line items seemed "zoomed in" or "double-spaced." Again I hit nothing (to my knowledge) to make this happen. The screens froze. IT closed them out. When I came back in the system it looked all wonky. Nothing that I have found on the ribbon, "View" or "Help" tabs, or tried by right-clicking everywhere has worked so far.
If ANYONE can help that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all!
I'm assuming the error is only with your user.
If a single form is problematic, reset the user personalizations on the form.
If all forms are problematic, the situation is a little more complicated.
First of all, is it possible to connect to ax with the same user on a different pc? (If you're connecting remotely, with a different machine)
Reset usage data if user has problem.
Delete the auc files on your machine if the user is OK
Wow, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! The first solution helped!!!! Go to "Personalize" and reset those settings!! My eyes are sooo pleased!!
