Service Update 0.23 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 9.0

Service Update 9.0.23 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises) 9.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 9.0.23.

To determine whether your organization had this update applied, check your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online version number. Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner, and then select About.

Service Update 0.23 resolves the following issues

Repaired functionality

The following list details items in Dynamics that were not functioning but are now repaired:

• Emails from unresolved senders could not be manually resolved
• Email signature within Dynamics CRM were not working as expected
• Forms were not properly rendered when assigned to a business unit
• Scheduled Report Filter Snapshot Settings were not being Saved
• Unable to save a Task record with Custom field lookup field against QueueItem entity
• Critical security updates.
