Outbound segments migration tool

Outbound is set to be removed from Customer Insights - Journeys by June 30, 2025. Microsoft's Segment Migration Tool facilitate moving segments from outbound to real-time marketing, allowing users to import outbound segments efficiently and address errors during the migration to ensure successful transfers.
