Introduction

Having the customer data presented in  a meaningful , logical and a summarised view is a key requirement for Customer Service Representatives when using CRM. When the CSR is on a call with the Customer they need a 360 view of the customer data so it makes it easy for them to understand the customer and address their needs . I have done a previous post on how to embed PowerApps into D365 CE (URL). In this post I am covering another  example (hence the title “Customer 360 – V2.0” ) of how we can build a 360 degree view of the customer data using PowerApps and D365 CE.Below is the Video on my solution.
