Hi there,
A few months ago I had the great opportunity to start working with Sunrise Technologies (http://www.sunriseconsult.com), one the leading VARs in the US.
Let me tell you, I thought I knew what to work for a good company was, until I started working at Sunrise Technologies. Why am I saying this? Well, before answering, I would like to ask you a few questions?
- Are you a talented Microsoft Dynamics AX developer that wants to go keep growing exponentially in this life?
- Are you dreaming in leading your own projects and expose yourself to the best-of-the-best in the industry?
- Are you tired of those non-challenging projects that feel like you are wasting your time, talent and career path?
- Do you like exploring different business models, technologies, and constantly learning new things?
- Do you believe you deserve better opportunities in your workplace?
- Do you like to travel and know different places within the US?
If your answer is yes to the above question, then keep reading:
From the moment I walked in to the Sunrise's office in North Carolina I felt at home. Everybody was extremely friendly and professional. I had a few interviews with different people at their office, and I could not stop to be amazed by their common thinking towards doing the "right thing for the customer".
For me this quality is very important as how many times we deal with organizations that just want to make money and nothing else. Well, Sunrise really cares about you, the customer and everybody and everything in between.
I can also tell you that there is a sense of unity and clear leadership in every project you work on. Further, every person in your project becomes a friend that you can count on when you have questions or doubts in how to proceed forward with a specific issue.
In terms of the type of work you'll be doing ... WOW ... this is the only word that comes to my mind.
Just to give you a little taste, currently I'm the technical architect for a Global Fleet Management project in UTAH, and I'm also working on a huge AX 2012 upgrade project. Now, the best part is to feel that you are doing the "right thing for the customer" when they thank you for your hard work, leadership and vision. I swear, this is a great feeling.
I feel that everyday I'm moving forward, and I can't help it but just to feel bad for those talented developers that don't get to feel what I feel every single day.
And that is not all. The benefits that Sunrise offers are unmatchable. You will not find a better benefit package. My wife is extremely impressed with the health insurance we have, not to mention the life insurance, great dental plan, SEP IRA, amazing bonuses, etc., etc., etc.
You have a choice now.
