ReportSubmitting purchase requisition on behalf of someone else in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Need to setup permission to create requisition on behalf of others
it is to be done as per below
1) Setup on behalf of permission in D365FO-Procurement and Sourcing-Setup-Policies-Purchase requisition permission
2) Find your employee name and add requestors on right pane
3) Now one can use someone else in requestor in purchase requisition
