Copy and Paste From Excel to D365 Form

It is now very easy to copy and paste date to D365 form.

All you need is to have an Excel format (column order) to be correct.

So you have two choice, either you can use an Excel and fill with the correct column order and design or first Export Data to Excel and then fill the data in Excel.

Then you can copy data and directly post on the form.

Let share some screen shots for this purpose.

1. Export Data to Excel to open an Excel with correct order.

2. Check Excel

3. Fill the information you need on Excel.

4. Copy the cells in Excel. Do not copy the header or any additional liknes you do not want to copy.

5. Open the form in D365 F&O.

6. Paste the cells.

7. Click "Ok" if you approve, "Discard" if you do not see what you expect.

That is it.

Hint: Copy past from a form to Excel is not possible yet as if it is in AX2012 or previous versions. For this purpose, you need to use Excel Export.
