How we will perform the Migration 

Every Dynamics CRM Organization is unique and requires personal involvement. That is why we are using the following process to move Organization to Online:

  • We will take a backup of your Organization’s database,
  • Upgrade it to the latest version, if it will be needed (technical upgrade).
  • Create users online (or synchronize with On-Premise Active Directory) and link them with existing users in Dynamics.
  • Move all Customizations and records to a new environment.
  • Re-develop reports to support Dynamics 365 Online.
  • Perform smoke testing of the migrated organization.
  • Perform final cut off (usually during the weekend) to upload to the target system delta amount of data.­
