KC CRMUG User Experience Sharing

At this month’s Kansas City CRMUG Meeting we kicked off a new program. Users are invited to share a tip or trick they use when working with their CRM system. This was the inaugural initiative to get more peer sharing of experiences at meetings.

David Craig of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City gave a presentation on how to use the XRMToolBox to create FetchXML.
