Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Quick Reference Menu Guide

We all like new stuff, especially me, and having worked with CRM since version 3.0 I have seen many menu and UI changes. The new CRM 2013 menu system is relatively easy for us old hands to use as we can remember where everything was located and find it quickly, however for new or occasional users of the system it is sometimes challenging to jump to the correct location straight away.
To help all of you I have therefore created a Quick Reference Menu Guide in alphabetical order of all basic functions in the system with the appropriate second and third level menu buttons showing where this functionality can be found.

Obviously if you add custom entities to CRM you will need to update your own list with the appropriate items in the correct menu locations.
