If you are using the Microsoft CRM 2011 Web Client – one of the more useful setting is to set your personal default view. Often times, the system default view may not be your personal preference. Also, you may have created a personal view via Advanced Find that you would like to be the default instead.
Here is how to set your personal default view in Microsoft CRM 2011 Web Client:
- Select your desired personal default view a CRM Entity View. For example Leads “Leads Opened This Week”
- Click on the View tab and then click on the “Set As Default View”
That’s it – this will save you time on each time you access this entity view.
